Please read policies before booking

1. Manager lives above the B&B at the cabin, not in the B&B. Manager's office is at the cabin, guests must call day of arrival for check-in time and entry code. 2. Open seasonally mid-May to September.  CHECK-IN 3 p.m., by appointment. CHECK-OUT 11 a.m.
As with everything in Alaska, all things are subject to weather and transportation schedules,whether you are arriving by ferry, by plane, or driving into Haines. Let us know how we can help.

3. Best rate when you book two or more consecutive nights.

4. Each room accomodates 1-2 persons in a queen bed. Extra person in room twin bed: $50 per night. Max 4 in room.

5. We will assist you if arriving by ferry or plane and help you to obtain a rental vehicle if needed.

6. Reservations must be paid in full sixty days ahead of arrival date.

7. Notice of Change or Cancellation is required.

8. Reservations cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental or $50.00, which ever is greater.

9. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are late cancellations.

10. Late canellations and "no shows" will not receive a refund or future credit.

11. No pets allowed - none on site.

12. No Smoking facility
